Julian McMahon was born on July 27, 1968, in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. He is an Australian actor and model. He is also a son of a former Prime Minister of Australia, Sir William McMahon. Similarly, he is best known for his role as Ben Lucini in the Australian soap opera Home and Away from 1989 to 1991 and as Detective John Grant in the American crime drama Profiler from 1996 to 2000. McMahon is also famous for portraying Cole Turner in the Charmed and Christian Troy in the American medical drama Nip/Tuck from 2003 to 2010.
Likewise, in the film industry, he has appeared in films including Chasing Sleep (2000), Premonition (2007), Red (2010) and Bait (2012). Moreover, he also won an Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award.
