Ray Winstone was born on February 19, 1957, in Homerton, London, England. He is an American actor. Similarly, he first became known for his role as Carlin in the 1979 film Scum. He further gained fame through his role as Kevin, an ex-army soldier, in Quadrophenia (1979) and as Will Scarlet in the television series Robin of Sherwood which ran from 1984 to 1986.
Likewise, he has appeared in many other films including, Sexy Beast, Cold Mountain, King Arthur, The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, The Magic Roundabout, The Departed, Beowulf, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, Edge of Darkness, The Sweeney and Noah.
