Her hometown is Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. Besides that, she has an older sister Juliet, a younger brother Zachary, and a younger sister Rachel.
Career
Jackie Evancho firstly recorded with record producer David Foster in 2009. She was selected for the regional semifinals of his “Hitman Talent Search Contest”, finishing as runner-up. However, in 2009 she released her debut independent album Prelude to a Dream. Moreover, this album featured mainly covers of classical crossover songs such as Con te Partiro, The Prayer, To Where You Are, Concrete Angel.
In 2010, Evancho took part in America Got Talent. And from this show, she got widespread recognition because of her brilliant show in the show. She stood as runner-up in the show.
Then on June 14, 2011, she released her full-length album Dream With Me. David Foster produced this album for Sony music. In same year Christmas, she released her album Heavenly Christmas and Rob Mounsey was the producer of it. In 2012, Evancho released her fourth album Songs from Silver Screen.
Moreover, in 2014 she released her fifth and sixth album Awakening and Someday at Christmas and Two Hearts respectively. Briefly saying Evancho has a successful music career though she is young.
