Baseball Outfielder Aaron Judge’s Girlfriend Pleads Guilty Driving Under Influence

Aaron Judge’s girlfriend Samantha Bracksieck has pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor DUI charge eight months after she tried to use her renown boyfriend’s name to convince officers not to arrest her.

Aaron James Judge is an American professional baseball outfielder for the New York Yankees of Major League Baseball. He was born on April 26, 1992, in California. Judge was unanimously selected as the American League Rookie of the Year in 2017. And, he placed second in voting for the American League Most Valuable Player Award.

Judge and Bracksieck have had an on and off relationship since the two attended high school together in northern California.

Bracksieck was arrested in Scottsdale, Arizona on Feb. 25, after cops pulled her over for driving with her headlights off.

During her arrest, the 26-year-old Bracksieck revealed that she was coming from dinner at Mastro’s Steakhouse and had a glass of wine during her meal.

During her arrest, Bracksieck asked officers if they knew who her boyfriend was and revealed that he was a public figure.

Despite trying to use the boyfriend’s fame to overcome the situation n, Bracksieck was arrested.

And, five charges were over her including an extreme Driving Under Influence (DUI). It means her blood alcohol content was somewhere between .15 and .19.

Bracksieck was able to negotiate a deal with prosecutors on 8 October to plead guilty to a misdemeanor DUI so they would drop the other charges.

According to the New York Post, the extreme DUI charge requires a 30-day jail sentence.

Bracksieck was sentenced to 10 days in jail but was credited for one day and nine were suspended. She has been ordered to pay over $2,000 in fines and fees and attend an alcohol abuse screening.
