Justin Bieber Requests to Dismiss the Defamation Lawsuit Filed in 2020

Justin Bieber, a name known for his sound was accused of sexual harassment by two, Khadidja Djibrine and mononymously known Danielle in 2015 and 2014 respectively.

Danielle claimed Bieber in an Austin Four hotel room sexually assaulted. It was reported to be on 9 March 2014 after a surprise show at SXSW. Everyone was stunned to see the case turn the reverse direction as he posted every document he had to prove that he was with his (the then) girlfriend Selena Gomez.

Just after a year, another woman named Khadidji Djibrine reported another sexual misconduct on 5 May 2015 in New York City. Though she said he just invited her to a hotel room, the thing escalated to sexual misconduct. And on this particular date, he defended himself saying he was at the Met Gala.

Both of his statements were strong and almost true so the sexual harassment cases were almost off. But then for all that defamation, Bieber filed a lawsuit of $ 20 million in 2020 against them. He filed a lawsuit and wrote a very serious note.

But the suit is now requested to be dismissed. If those allegations were truly false, this step of the lawsuit can be taken as an instance to discourage those who want to defame someone using the law. And this story of him also encourages everyone suffering from any sexual misconduct to stay strong and fight against it.
