During her attendance at FIDM, she worked as a dresser at different Giorgio Armani fashion shows. Later, she got the chance to work as a personal stylist for multiple celebrities including Jay-Z, Lauryn Hill, Usher, Tony Braxton, Patti LaBell, Ciara, Nas, and Mary J. Blige.

After that, she seemed in a different TV network that includes: E!, MTV, and Access Hollywood and has starred in various magazines including InStyle, Glamour, People, Vibe, Upscale, and Essence. And in 2007, Foster co-founded the ‘Oakland Natives Giveback’ nonprofit organization. Further, with Dr. Nyeisha DeWitt and Dee Dee Abdur-Rahim, she founded the Oakland Natives Give Back (ONGB).

Likewise, in March 2013, she began the 501c(3) nonprofit organization Kile’s World Foundation for children with the intention of comprehensive art education to children in the age group, 10‐17. On the 18th of August 2014, she became a television personality by joining the cast of VH1 spinoff ‘Atlanta Exes’ starring beside Torrei Hart, Christina Johnson, Sheree Buchanan, and Monyetta Shaw. And In August 2019, Foster launched a 3-D animated series named, ‘The Odd Life of Kile Lyles’.
